These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of quenched.skin (the "Site"), operated by Felicia Ebo, doing business as Quenched By Fe ("we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in California. By visiting the Site, purchasing products, or booking a service appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Quenched By Fe is a skin and nervous system wellness business offering esthetic services (including facials and related bookable appointments) and skincare products for sale, operating primarily out of Manhattan Beach, California, with service expansion underway. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase or book an appointment on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

●      Product descriptions, images, and pricing are presented in good faith but may contain occasional errors; we reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

●      Skincare products are intended for external cosmetic use only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

●      Appointment bookings made through the Site are subject to our separate Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, including deposit and 24-hour notice requirements, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

●      We reserve the right to refuse service, decline a booking, or limit quantities purchased at our discretion.

Certain esthetic services may not be suitable for individuals with specific skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or who are pregnant or nursing. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to your appointment. We are not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or allergies.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure and applicable third-party processors. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required to confirm service bookings, as described in our booking and cancellation policies.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Quenched By Fe name, logo, brand imagery, photography, copy, and site design — is the property of Quenched By Fe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or fraudulent orders or bookings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quenched By Fe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our products, or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or appointment shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
