Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical skincare products purchased through our Site. It does not apply to service appointment bookings.
1. Order Processing
● Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
● You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it ships.
2. Shipping Options
● Standard Shipping (U.S.): estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing, via USPS or a comparable carrier.
● Local Pickup: available for customers in the Manhattan Beach, CA area — select this option at checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready.
● Local Delivery: available in select areas near our service locations; availability and any associated fee will be shown at checkout if applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination, unless a promotional free-shipping threshold applies.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or circumstances outside our control may occur. We are not responsible for delays once a package has left our hands and is in the carrier's custody.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as it is available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after a shipping confirmation is sent.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at info@quenchedbyfe.com within 7 days so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
